YOUR TASKS WITH US:
Responsibility for the management and coordination of the international service business for work platforms, telescopic handlers and forklift trucks
Ensuring the quality and efficiency of services, especially in the European markets
- Strategic planning and implementation of service processes and standards
- Optimization of service processes and cost management
- Active cooperation with sales, workshop and scheduling to develop and implement customized service offers
- Creation and implementation of service concepts for the European market
- Identification and implementation of improvement potential in service quality
- Contact for key accounts and international partners
- Willingness to travel to support international projects and customers
- Independent handling of repairs on our projects
THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Completed technical studies or completed training in the field of mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or another relevant discipline
- Several years of workshop experience, preferably in the field of work platforms, telescopic forklifts and forklift trucks
- Experience in the development of service processes
- Very good communication skills in German and English (other foreign languages are an advantage)
- Willingness to travel
- Independent, solution-oriented way of working and strong analytical skills
